Notifications and waiting on me

The bell tells you what needs you: questions, answers, change requests, conflicts, Ready requests, plans and failed or blocked publishes, in-app and by email.

The bell and the inbox

The bell in the top bar counts your unread notifications in the organisation. Open it for the inbox: unread first, newest first, each linking to where you act. Opening one marks it read; Mark all read clears the count.

Waiting on me

The second tab lists what waits on you right now, derived rather than stored: the open questions asked to you or to one of your teams in active workstreams, and the Ready requests you got for tasks still in Draft. Answer the question or mark the task Ready and it leaves the list.

What you are told

KindYou get it when
Questions asked to you or your teamsa question is asked to you, or to a team you are in
Answers to your questionssomeone answers a question you asked
Questions waiting more than a daya question asked to your team (or, when none, in your project) has waited a day
Change requestsa reviewer asks for a change to a revision you or your agent staged
Conflictsa change of a workstream you opened, or last edited, conflicts with Main
Ready requestssomeone asks the Editors to mark a task Ready
Plans your agents stagedyour agent stages into a plan, or a plan is staged in a workstream you opened
Workstreams that could not completea landing could not complete the workstream you asked it to
Failed and blocked publicationsa task you published failed or is blocked; for files changed in the repository, the Admins are told too

You are never told about your own act, but your agent's acts are news to you. While one notification about a thread, task or plan is unread, another of the same kind about it is not added.
