Contact us
We answer email within 2 business days, usually sooner. Discord is answered by the team and the community on a best-effort basis.
What to include
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The time it happened, with your time zone.
- Your workspace name, and the project key if it is about one project.
- For an agent problem: the client (for example Claude, Claude Code or Cursor), the tool name and the error text or HTTP status.
Warning
Never send a token
Do not paste a personal access token (it starts with sgp_) or any other secret into an email or a Discord message. If one was exposed, revoke it first.
Report a security issue
Email support@specsgraph.io with "Security" in the subject and the steps to reproduce. Please do not post security issues on Discord or in public issues. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and keep you informed until the issue is fixed.
