Who sells the plans
Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, sends the receipt and pays out refunds, so a refund always goes back through Paddle to the payment method you used. This policy says when you get one; the terms of service cover the rest of the agreement.
Your first payment
If SpecsGraph is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the first payment of the first Solo subscription you (the person who pays) buy, and we refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your statutory right to withdraw, described below, still applies to each subscription you buy.
Free trials
A free trial costs nothing and needs no payment method, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. If you subscribe, during or after the trial, and it is the first Solo subscription you buy, the 14 days count from its first payment.
Renewals
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We do not refund renewal payments, except where the law or Paddle's buyer terms (opens in a new tab) provide a refund. To stop the next renewal, cancel before it: the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Cancel in the app under Settings > Billing, or with the link in any email from Paddle about your subscription.
Your right to withdraw
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, as Paddle's refund policy (opens in a new tab) describes. That right applies alongside this policy, and where the law of the country you live in gives you more, the law applies.
Refunds and your subscription
When a payment is refunded, we cancel the subscription so it does not renew. Paddle may also grant a refund under its own buyer terms; when it does, we cancel the subscription too.
How to ask for a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net (opens in a new tab) and look up your order.
- Or email support@specsgraph.io from the address you used at checkout, with the order number from your receipt.
We answer email within 2 business days. Once a refund is approved, how long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card provider.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and change the date at the top. A change applies only to payments made after it takes effect.
